Sound Editor - Juhana Vihervaara

I am Juhana Vihervaara, a Helsinki based sound editor, field recordist and sound designer. I have a decade of experience on all kinds of projects ranging from ads to feature length feature films and working in pre- to postproduction.
I graduated with a Master's degree on film sound recording and sound design from Aalto University. Before this I studied sound production in Stadi vocational college. In my studies I specialized in multichannel audio and immersive audio formats such as Dolby Atmos and Binaural audio.
I am a founding member of the reality-tv and foley juggernaut Fortress Soundworks, which I left to further develop myself as a sound designer and film maker. I share my workspace with Fortress Soundworks, François Yazbeck and Markku Veijosuo in Roihupelto Eastern Helsinki.
